All content within the App — including but not limited to visuals, design elements, branding, text, QR generation logic, booking systems, and rewards interfaces — is owned by or properly licensed to WOODBINE CASINO WPASS LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App solely for its intended purpose.
No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App. The Woodbine Casino name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of their respective owners.
Access to wPass requires a valid Woodbine Casino membership account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@woodbinecasinowpass.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle your data with care and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The App is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over, consistent with the legal age requirements for casino access. By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal age to access casino services in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate access if we have reason to believe a user does not meet the age requirements.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email where possible. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WOODBINE CASINO WPASS LTD operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
